Today’s recipe is sponsored by my friends at GoodBelly. As always all opinions and thoughts are my own and I only post about brands I buy and my family loves.
The holiday season might be over but there is still Valentine’s and of Bachelor Monday, yes I confess it’s a guilty pleasure, so I’m all about fun and healthy mocktails like Mango Probiotic Mocktail.
I have two favorite combinations, both with citrus which I’m obsessed with and craving lately. Must be a pregnancy thing and luckily it’s the perfect time of year for it. I decided to go with this version made with cranberry kombucha because it’s prettier. It was a hard choice between cranberry mango and mango ginger, using ginger kombucha. I shared the ginger version, delicious with Mango GoodBelly Beverage and Orange, Peach Mango Probiotic Bevereage on Instagram over the weekend.
There are countless flavor options using GoodBelly’s 8 Probiotic Beverage flavors, frozen fruit, and juice, sparkling water, or kombucha.
I know many friends, family, and followers are trying to eat healthier in the new year and or cut out alcohol. Luckily this Mango Probiotic Mocktail Is good for you and packed with probiotics, antioxidants, not to mention tastes delicious and is refreshing. There is no right or wrong time to enjoy it either so happy hour can be anytime, bonus it will make your tummy happy too!
With the new year it’s also a great time to do the GoodBelly 12 Day Reboot and grab a coupon to try GoodBelly!
Probiotics are living microorganisms, which, when taken in adequate amounts, have a beneficial effect on the body. If you are new to probiotics and would like to learn more the GoodBelly website has a lot of information and a great Q&A section.
Probiotics help your digestive system work more efficiently. With digestion slowing down during pregnancy and constipation and diarrhea being two frequently experienced common discomforts during pregnancy, I was hoping that with the continued consumption of probiotics I would hopefully not have these issues. Luckily so far, knock on wood, I haven’t experienced these unpleasantries.
It also happens to be cold and flu season and gut health is an extremely important part of staying healthy. Did you know 70% of your immune system is in your gut? So I like to make sure we’re all on top of probiotics and other things we can easily do, like wash our hands, fuel our bodies properly, and get our flu shots, to try to prevent getting sick.
I’ve also read various articles on the benefits to baby which this varies and there is limited research.
Simply delicious if you are new to probiotics or not a fan of kombucha you can swap the kombucha out for a combination of juice and sparkling water or even a sugar free ginger ale.
Monday not only means enjoying a Mango Probiotic Mocktail while watching The Bachelor but it’s also Meatless Monday so don’t forget to link up with Deborah and me and/or check out the recipes linked below.

Swap other flavors to create your favorite combo! We also like to use other GoodBelly flavors like Orange, Mango, Peach with frozen pineapple or mango. Stunning and SO simple! I love it Sarah. I think I’ll try with the kombucha option – not a big fan of it (or even a little fan of it, haha), so appreciative of the option!

This looks delicious! I’m always trying to get more probiotic in my kids, and I think that they would love this! Do you know if it’s vegan?

Thank you! Your kids would probably like the non kombucha option (using cranberry juice and sparkling water or ginger ale) and it would be a good start if they are new to probiotics. Yes GoodBelly is vegan!
