I recently found these Whole Me Lemon Berry Chia Clusters at a local health store and Whole Foods. I had them on my “too find” list since I saw them pop up online or on social media. Not only because they looked good but because they are made locally. Yes I have a too find list, I love trying new things, and I also love going through the isles of Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, ect and seeing what’s new! I thought they were just granola clusters but they aren’t they are soft, grain free, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian (they are made with honey), and have everything from chia seeds, coconut, ground nuts and seeds, cashews, dried blueberries, and they remind me of lemon pound cake! I finally tried them, opening the bag and instantly pound cake comes to mind, and they are so delicious! To stop myself from eating a whole bag I decided to whip up a Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl and top them with the clusters and they paired together perfectly and had my tummy full and happy for hours! Smoothie bowls are a go to more than protein shakes/smoothies lately because I love to add toppings! It is like my way of getting my breakfast bowl or granola and smoothie in one! The options are endless from granola, cereal, nuts, seeds, fresh or dried fruit, or I really like taking my favorite Kind nut bar or protein bar and chopping it up!
Are you a smoothie bowl fan? What are your favorite toppings to add?
Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 serving
1c frozen blueberries
1/2-1 frozen bananas, optional
3/4-1c almond milk, coconut milk, or non dairy milk of choice (used So Delicious)
1 scoop vanilla protein, or flavor of choice (used Vega One Coconut Almond Vega One)
1/3c Whole Me Lemon Blueberry Chia Clusters, or granola/chopped up nut bar of choice (Kind Blueberry
In a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, blend blueberries, bananas, protein powder, and 3/4 cup of milk until smooth, adding more milk as needed to blend. Spoon into a bowl and top with chia clusters, granola, or chopped nut bar of choice. Enjoy!
While I do receive some Vega products from time to time, which I used as an option in this recipe, I do purchase much of it on my own. It has been my plant-based protein of choice since before I started blogging. Even though most Vega products used are purchased by myself I do add this disclaimer. I do not make any money off any Vega sales or posts. I only write about foods I love, my blog is an extension of my hobby to make fun healthy food creations for me and my family.

Oooo, this looks awesome! I’m gonna have to see if my blender wants to cooperate with me to make this! <3

If your blender doesn’t you can make it and freeze to firm it but you have to stir it often to not have it freeze solid. Hope it works for you, it’s delicious!
