I love chai and even more so in the fall! I pair apples with my chai protein powder, Vega One, for a delicious snack. They aren’t the cleanest on the go but they are yummy! I decided to try another version of this delicious snack by pairing it with my favorite dairy free yogurt to make a chai protein dip for my apples!
Apples and Chai Protein Dip
Makes 1 serving
1 apple, sliced
1/2 scoop Chai Vega One
6 ounces vanilla yogurt (I use So Delicious Greek Style Dairy Free Coconut Milk Vanilla Yogurt)
Mix together Chai Vega One and yogurt, let sit a couple of minutes and stir again. I let it sit so the powder is soaked up and there isn’t any gritty texture but if you mix it good you should be fine to eat it right away. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon if you want and dip away! To enjoy this on the go I will eat a small spoonful out of my yogurt, to make a little more room for easier mixing, and pour the Chai Vega One into my yogurt container and mix. Enjoy!
Chai Protein Dusted Apples
Makes 1 serving
1 apple, sliced
1/2- 1 scoop Chai Vega OneĀ
There are two ways I will make this snack, one is to dip my apples in the Chai Vega One powder and eat them. Or on the go you can add the Chai Vega One and apple slices or chunks to a bag and shake to coat the apples. Enjoy!
