Are you a Frappuccino or iced coffee fan? They have nothing on this Cococinno Float! If you haven’t tried a So Delicious Cococinno yet I would highly recommend trying them if you are a coffee fan! This weeks theme for the So Delicious Save My Summer is Float. As a coffee lover I had an idea, but first I thought about it. All sorts of floats started floating through my head, root beer/soda floats, fruity floats, smoothie floats, and many more. Nope nothing compared (my kids would beg to differ, I will be sharing some other good ones so stay tuned) to this vision in my head and it did not disappoint! Think creamy rich iced latte or mocha with ice cream, so delicious! So simple too, if you can twist open the top to milk and scoop ice cream you can make this float! Wait there is more! I made these floats on a day the lighting was less than ideal so I had to make them before dinner again to photograph and decided to place it in the freezer for later… it turned into a coffee icy ice cream treat! Still waiting for So Delicious to make a coffee flavored ice cream but in the mean time this will do, it was creamy vanilla ice cream with icy coffee swirls! Have kids that “want a coffee too” no problem you can make this with So Delicious Chocolate Coconut Milk making a delicious kid approved Hot Cocoa Float!
Watch for another fun float posting Thursday that the whole family will love!
1 pint of So Delicious Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Ice Cream, I like a lot of ice cream! (you could also use chocolate ice cream if desired)
chocolate shavings, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or additional toppings as desired, optional
Here comes the really hard part. Scoop ice cream into cups or mugs and pour Cococinno on top of the ice cream. Garnish with toppings as desired. For an think frozen float treat place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
