Gingersnap Cream Float

The taste of a gingersnap cookie, the creaminess of an ice cream float but made with zero calorie Zevia soda and So Delicious Coco Whip Lite (dairy free coconut whipped cream with only 15 calories) you can celebrate this holiday season with less calories and still “have your cookies”. Which means cheers to having fun, saying yes, and still fitting in that cute little dress! With less sugar than cookies this is a fun way you can still win “Best Mom” and let your kids have this fun drink instead and avoid the cute little ” just one more cookie” debates.

Gingersnap Cream Float
Makes 1 serving
1 can Zevia ginger ale or cream soda
1 tsp molasses
1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger, optional
a big scoop or two of So Delicious Coco Whip Lite, or whipped cream of choice (I like to use frozen So Delicious Lite Coco Whip, whipped cream)
sprinkle of nutmeg

Add molasses and ginger to a glass, pour in half a can of soda, and stir gently. Pour in remaining soda, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cheers!
