Magnificent Magical Mango Smoothie

Scrolling through my Instagram and I see Bai is having a smoothie contest, thought of fun. The next day again on social media I saw the contest and this time my oldest was looking over my shoulder. Instant smile she jumps up asking if she can make one! She really likes Bai5! Of course I said ok but go figure we are up at grandma’s house and don’t have the Vitamix with or any Bai5. So after soccer one night she came home and asked if she could whip one up since she usually has a smoothie after soccer. What she came up with it pretty darn magnificent looking if I do say so myself, what can I say we like our colored smoothies. She was even kind enough to make one for her sister. I tried to snap some pictures quick and she didn’t want me to stir it or touch it as it started to melt. Oh well, it is still beautiful! She usually adds protein to her smoothie as well but didn’t want to ruin the colors with this one but she did make it the next night after soccer and added her favorite Vega Tropical Tango and said it was delicious. I really didn’t even have to ask as her face said it all! I really love when my girls are excited about eating healthy! Who says eating healthy is boring and bland? This is fun and delicious!

Magnificent Magical Mango Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
1 bottle Bai 5 Malawi Mango
1c frozen pineapple chunks
1-1 1/2c frozen strawberries
1 fresh ripe mango, peeled and sliced away from the pit

In a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, blend together 1/2 cup of Bai, spinach, and pineapple until smooth. Divide between two glasses. Rinse blender and blend together 1 cup Bai and mango until smooth. Pour half the mixture into each of the cups on top of the green. We place a spoon in the glass and pour the mixture onto the spoon. Finally blend together (no need to rinse the blender) the rest of the Bai and frozen strawberries until smooth. Divide mixture between the two glasses pouring on top of the other layers. Enjoy!

Alternately you can blend everything together or blend the mango layer first, than the strawberry and the green last and not rinse the blender.
