Remember those magnetic sand boards you use to play with as a kid? Imagine playing with your smoothie, yep that is what we do with food in our house we make it healthy, fun, and we play with it! Using your straw you can drag lines and designs with the raspberry puree into your peach mango smoothie.
Peach Raspberry Electrifying Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
1 1/2c fresh raspberries
2 peaches, halved, pits removed
1 mango, peeled and pit removed
1c water or coconut water (used CoCos Pure Coconut Water)
1c ice
1 scoop Vega Tropical Energizing Smoothie (optional)
In a Vitamix puree raspberries and pour into two glasses, save about 1/3 of c cup if you want to add a little to the top. Rinse out Vitamix and add water, peaches (we leave the skins on), mango, optional energizing smoothie, and ice. Blend until smooth and pour on top of raspberry puree and top with remaining raspberry puree. Have fun and enjoy!
As a Vega Recipe Ambassador I receive Vega products, which I used as an option in this recipe. I use Vega not because it is given to me but because it has been my plant-based protein of choice since before I started blogging and some recipes are made with Vega products I purchase. I only write about foods I love, my blog is an extension of my hobby to make fun healthy food creations for me and my family.
