I use to make a delicious pumpkin dip and I decided to clean it up and make a protein version. This Pumpkin Protein Dip is great with apple slices or even my Pumpkin Graham Cracker Cookies! I also made a plant-based/vegan version that is a little sweeter for kids or a party.
Pumpkin Protein Dip
Makes 2-4 servings
2- 6 ounce containers of greek vanilla yogurt (used So Delicious Greek Style Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt)
1/2 c canned 100% pumpkin puree, not pie filling
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (used Vega Performance Protein, Vanilla)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
additional sweetener of choice, if desired (I didn’t add any)
In a bowl mix together pumpkin, spices, and protein powder. Add in yogurt and stir until combined. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

As a Vega Recipe Ambassador I received Vega products to use in creating this recipe. I use Vega not because it is given to me but because it has been my plant based protein of choice since before I started blogging. I only write about foods I love, my blog is an extension of my hobby to make fun healthy food creations for me and my family.
